Fethiye Turkey Paragliding, Quad Bikes & Boat trip activities

My son and I completed the above trips with Fethiye Air sports. The paragliding was amazing with great pilots. Having studied the paragliders, which you can't help but do in Olu,Fethiye Air Sports pilots have the best landings.

The Quads are great fun although a little dusty!

The boat trip on Velim 99 was one of the best value days out you can go on. The lunch was tremendous along with fresh fruit and homemade cake. The bays that you visit are so picturesque. Well worth the £20.

Amazing paragliding experience in Fethiye Turkey.

Spending the day at Olu Deniz beach and watching everyone fall from the sky with their parachutes was the start of our experience. My 14 year old daughter and I both watched in awe at the flips, tricks and what must be stunning scenery they must be seeing and decided that we had to experience this for ourselves to be sure we weren't just dreaming. 

The company that caught my eye was Babadag Air Sports, they looked professional and experienced in their handling of customers and so we went along to meet with them at their shop half way down the high street. Chuck was the man who convinced all five of us to have a go and although my husband was very nervous we got it all booked up. 

The ride up to the top of the Babadag mountain was actually scarier than running off the cliff. We were picked up directly from our hotel. When we were up there the scenery was so spectacular you forgot what you were about to do. The intructors were amazing, so professional, courteous, understanding and great with the kids and my husband, who I thought was going to bottle it. 

Once up in the sky, we managed to come down through the clouds, experience some tricks and moves if we felt ok to do that, if we didn't it was some simple turns to bring us safely down. The views were spectaclular, they took videos and photographs all the way down and I even had a go at steering and turning myself. because we were flying together I got to see the kids all the way down and speak to them as they were so close, my photos even have some with my kids in them too. 

The landing was simple and well talked through and we had such a great experience, we couldn't resist buying all of the photographs and videos for all of us when we got back to the Babadag Air Sports shop. I would highly recommend if you are in this area doing this. The views of the lagoon are so much better from the sky than they are on the ground. Don't be scared, give it a go, you will love it.
